• Accounts may not be created or used from regions where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Users are solely responsible for ensuring that online gaming is legal in their jurisdiction.
• If age verification fails, the account will be suspended and deposited funds will not be refunded.

4Deposit & Payment Policy

11bad accepts deposits via popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All deposits must be made in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method — log in to the platform for details.
• Always use the correct reference number when making a deposit; incorrect details may cause processing delays.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

9Account Suspension & Closure Policy

11bad reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice, including in cases of Terms & Conditions violations.

• Accounts closed due to terms violations will not receive a refund of deposited funds or bonuses.
• You can also request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team.
• For voluntary account closures, any available balance (subject to wagering requirements) will be refunded.
• If you need a break for responsible gaming reasons, please use the self-exclusion feature.

10Limitation of Liability
